We welcome conversations between parents/carers to ensure that each pupil is being cared for and taught in the most appropriate way possible.

Whilst we always strive to do our best for pupils and parents/carers there may be times where we fall short of what you expect.

If this is the case you should always try and speak to the class teacher first. The vast majority of queries can be dealt with this way. Simply make an appointment to speak to the class teacher and they will be welcome to discuss with you.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive you can ask to speak to the interim headteacher. Please contact the school office to make an meet face to face/arrange a phone call.

If this does not clarify the situation please use the complaints policy (link to follow). It is important that you follow the steps in order so that due process is followed. This is so your concerns are investigated fully and fairly.

There are mechanisms to make a complaint to Ofsted and the Department for Education, but this should only be considered once you have used the school's complaints procedure fully.

We ask that all parents/carers treat staff with courtesy and respect at all times, recognising that positive and respectful communication helps us work together effectively in the best interests of every pupil.
